上海外国语大学国际教育交流信息中心（上外留学）成立于1986年，是上海市最早的三家合法留学中介服务机构之一。中心依托于上海外国语大学（上海外国语大学成立于1949年，国家教育部直属211工程重点大学），有着丰富的信息资源，与众多海外院校保持长年友好的合作关系。
    上外留学每年向英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡、法国、韩国、瑞士、爱尔兰、波兰以及乌克兰院校输送的学生的水平得到了各国院校的认可。学校对于上外留学在招生方面的严格要求给予了充分的信任，目前各国多所院校都已委托上外留学做为在中国的招生代理机构。
    本中心共有员工逾40名，本科毕业生占44%，硕士毕业生26%，其中海外留学归国人员占22%。本公司拥有一支最年轻、最高学历、最具有活力的咨询团队，每位顾问都有着丰富的经验以及专业的留学咨询水平和材料操作能力，热情耐心地为学生提供专业的“留学、培训及人生规划”的一站式服务。
